Cirencester National Follow On

VENUE: THE GROUNDS OF CIRENCESTER PARK (The National Follow-on).

The Gloucestershire Centre would like to invite all Centres of the South West Region to a
National Follow-on rally in the beautiful grounds of Cirencester Park, the Estate of Earl Bathurst.
The Park is a mix of woodland and parkland, and from the rally area a short walk through the
Park takes you into the centre of the historic Cotswold market town of Cirencester. Once the
major Roman town of Corinium, Cirencester has its own Roman Museum , and the Roman Villa
at Chedworth is also worth a visit.
There are many other nearby places of interest to visit – famous Cotswold villages like Bourtonon-
the-Water and Bibury, the Historic Docks and Quays Designer Outlet at Gloucester, the Regency
towns of Cheltenham and Bath, the Great Western Outlet Village at Swindon and the
Cotswold Water Parks to name a few.
Situated close to the major road network, this is a superb centre for a relaxing (or a very busy!)
Cotswold holiday.
Caravan Club EHU points (6 amp) will be available if there is sufficient uptake.
Rally Opens: 11.00 a.m. Wednesday.

Route: From The National at Eastnor – Take A417 towards Gloucester, then A417 to Cirencester.
Leave dual carriageway at Burford Road Junction, and go right at roundabout towards
Cirencester following signs for A419 Stroud. Around bypass, following A419 Stroud. After
Hospital roundabout, go up hill to next roundabout, still following A419 Stroud. Take Stroud
exit and pass Caravan Club site entrance on right. Continue on A419 for approx 1.5 miles and
entrance to Park is on the right. Follow Glos Centre signs (Yellow and Black) through the oneway
system of the Park.
